Fourteen Aboriginal students from around WA had the opportunity to meet the Prime Minister last week during a two day Navy Immersion Camp.

The students from the Graham “Polly” Farmer Foundation, Clontarf Foundation and Wirrpanda Foundation were given an insight into life in the defence force at HMAS Stirling, the Royal Australian Navy base in Perth, and met the Prime Minster during a visit to the base.

“Meeting the Prime Minister was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and being chosen to represent the Follow The Dream program was a real privilege,” Bunbury Senior High School Year 10 student Keilani West said.
