Joseph is a proud Bard and Nimanburr man from Broome and is our first alumni member, from our newly established Alumni Network, to join the Board. He is well known to the Foundation as a former Bursary recipient, and guest speaker and panellist at alumni events. He was nominated as a Board Member in May 2023.

Joseph has over four years experience delivering diverse and high impact work in human and community services, having recently completed a Masters in Public Heath at UWA. He has a wealth of awards and achievements throughout his career and an exemplary history of volunteering and community work.

He is currently employed with the Mental Health Commission as a Senior Project Officer he is responsible for the Aboriginal suicide and social emotional and wellbeing projects and initiatives at a local, regional and state-wide level.
