Danny Ford is a valued member of the board of the Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation.
He is a Noongar man and a senior Traditional Owner of Whadjuk Country, with connections to the wider Noongar Country and Aboriginal communities across Western Australia.
Danny is a qualified teacher and social worker, and has considerable public sector experience after almost 30 years in the WA public service across a range of departments, including child protection, family support, housing and training.
More recently, Danny established an independent consultancy service, Kambarang Services, which provides cultural awareness training, indigenous engagement advice and meeting facilitation, among other business services. He also sits on the boards of the Clontarf Foundation, ICEA and the Wungening Aboriginal Corporation (formerly known as AADS).
Throughout his career, Danny has always focused on addressing disadvantage for Aboriginal people and supporting aboriginal communities.
